In my past projects I designed and executed enablement strategies, that improved sales and customer success performance across the full customer journey.
I built onboarding programs, led learning initiatives and implemented governance systems that streamlined knowledge management for global teams.
I combine a strong background in sales operations, knowledge management, and learning design with hands-on leadership in complex projects. I am passionate about building frameworks that empower teams, fostering trust across all levels of an organization, and ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into real results. I have a pragmatic and people-focused approach and am thriving in fast-changing environments where adaptability and clarity are key to success.
